We are more than pleased to welcome you in our guesthouse, a mansion full of character,
located in the very heart of the city of Ypres.
In the breakfast area, overlooking the garden, you can enjoy the authentic warm ambience of an aristocratic house in French style with modern conveniences. You can relax here at any time of day.
Whether you feel like reading a book or having a chat with other guests.
In summer you can sit in the garden or on the covered terrace and enjoy the evening sun.

Our B&B has 2 guestrooms. Each room has its own character with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Price per room for 2 people is 120 euro, including breakfast.
- Price per room for 1 person is 99 euro, including breakfast.
In order to respect the tranquility for each guest, rooms do not have a television. However there is a separate television room on the ground floor.
General information:
- Bookings have to be at least for 2 nights.
- Free cancellation until 7 days before arrival, no prepayment is needed
- Check in from 4.30 pm or by prior agreement. Check out by 11.00 am.
- Payment: cash or credit card.
- Wireless internet is available for free.
- Pets are nog allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed except on the terrace.
- Prices VAT include.
- Tourism tax is not included.
